Cleaning Hoods, Filters, Other Stainless Steel Surfaces, Walls, and Other Kitchen Surfaces
• Dilute 1.5 – 8.0 oz. per 1 gal. (11.7 – 62.5 mL/L) depending on soil level Spray Foam Cleaning
• Break-Up cleaner into foaming kit
• Apply foam liberally to all washable surfaces
• Allow foam to cling for at least five minutes, but do not allow foam to dry
• Rinse all surfaces thoroughly with potable water Mop and Bucket
• Dilute 6 oz. of cleaner per gallon of hot water (1:20)
• Using a mop or sponge, apply product liberally to the surface
• Allow product to penetrate soil
• Scrub with brush or floor machine as necessary
• Pick up solution with mop, rinse with potable water Soak Cleaning
• Dilute 6 oz. of cleaner per gallon of hot water (1:20) into bucket or sink
• Soak parts, use brush or sponge as necessary
• Immerse parts in potable rinse water Note: When cleaning floors, position “wet floor” signs around area to be cleaned. Exercise caution as wet surfaces may be slippery. Surfaces
• If necessary, prescrape surface to remove gross soils. Allow surface to cool to room temperature.
• Dispense proper strength solution of product in a bucket or spray bottle if diluting product
• Spray or spread diluted product onto surface and allow to stand for several minutes. Do not allow surface to dry. Reapply product if necessary.
• Wipe surface with a cloth. Repeat as necessary until surface is clean.
• Rinse thoroughly with water
• After rinsing, non-food contact surfaces may be wiped dry or allowed to air dry. and local health requirements and allow to air dry. Floor Cleaning
• Sweep floor
• Fill mop bucket with proper strength solution of product
• Post “wet floor” signs and using a clean mop, apply the cleaning solution generously to the floor, overlapping mop strokes. Allow the product to penetrate and lift soils. For best results, scrub floor with a brush, especially if the floor has grout.
• Pick up soil and excess cleaner with a tightly wrung out mop, wringing it out frequently, or squeegee to floor drain. Rinse or damp mop floor clean. Dry mop or squeegee floor dry before reuse. Once dry, remove “wet floor” signs.
• For Food Plant Use: All food contact surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water after treatment with this product. Avoid contamination of food use or storage.

Read label before use. Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Avoid inhaling vapour, use only with adequate ventilation.
Wear rubber gloves and safety glasses when using or handling this product (PPE Gear).
If skin rash or irritation occurs get medical attention. Remove contaminated clothing and rinse skin with plenty of soap and water. If swallowed, immediately call Poisons Centre (0800 POISON) or get medical attention. Do NOT induce vomiting.
If medical advice is needed, have product or label at hand.
In case of fire use CO2 dry chemical or foam extinguisher. Absorb spilled liquid with sand or inert material.
Store locked up, in a well-ventilated place and keep containers cool.
Avoid release to the environment. Do not allow to enter drains or waterways. Dispose of this material and its container to a hazardous or special waste collection point.
